Privacy notice

This website and emails to us. Last updated 14 October 2026.

This notice explains what personal data Credentis Limited handles when you visit this website or email us, and what your rights are. It covers this website only. The Credentis platform will have its own privacy notice for the people and organisations who use it.

Who we are

Credentis Limited is the controller of your personal data. We're a private company limited by shares, registered in Ireland, No. 808596, with our registered office at 53 Northumberland Road, Dublin 4, D04 R2Y7, Ireland.

For anything about your personal data, email hello@credentis.id.

What this website does not do

If you use the light/dark switch, your browser remembers your choice until you close the tab, so it stays the same as you move between pages. It's kept only in your browser and never sent to us.

What we do handle

Server logs. Like any website, the server that hosts this site records basic technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser type. These logs are kept by our hosting provider for security and to keep the site running, and are deleted after a limited period. We don't use them to identify or profile visitors.

Emails you send us. If you email us, we use your name, email address and whatever you include in your message to reply and to keep a record of our conversation. We keep this for as long as the conversation is relevant, and then delete it unless it has become part of a business relationship.

Our legal basis

We rely on our legitimate interests: keeping this website secure and working, and replying to people who contact us. If an email leads to us working together, we may then rely on taking steps towards, or performing, a contract.

Who else sees it

Our website and email are hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. Switzerland is recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. We don't sell your personal data or share it with anyone for marketing.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Email us and we'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at www.dataprotection.ie. We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.

Changes

If we change this notice, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
